Baytech Plastics operates two ISO 9001 registered manufacturing facilities (Crown & Heritage Plants) in Midland, Ontario. We are a custom injection mold manufacturer, finisher and assembler of high quality plastic components.
Baytech Plastics has experience in manufacturing products for a wide range of markets. This includes Automotive, Medical, Consumer Goods, Durable Goods, Electronic Enclosures, Telecommunications and more.
With two plants and more than 30 machines, ranging from 30 to 2650 tons capacity. Our plastic injection molding capabilities cover gas-assisted, small machine, large machine, structural foam, and thermoplastic methods. We also do insert molding, overmolding, ultrasonic welding, heat stake and chemical bonding processes.
Our production line is fully equipped with a quick die change system utilizing magnetic platens, in-house tooling capabilities and CNC machining stations. Baytech also provides hot stamping, pad printing, painting, heat transfer labeling, solvent bonding, EMI/RFI coating (anti-static and others) and silk screening operations.
