Baytech Plastics has recently invested in a powerful Yaskawa MH180-120 Six-Axis robot that works in conjunction with our 2600 ton Husky Injection Molding Press. The high-speed and low-profile design will assist in the processing and production of large plastic parts.
The Yaskawa MH180-120 Six-Axis features high-rigidity speed reducers, high-speed motion and an increased payload. It allows the robot to perform faster and handle larger and heavier parts. During motion there is up to a 70% decrease in power consumption and 25% decrease during idle periods.
