Dual Facilities Support Customer Needs
Baytech actually has two plastics manufacturing facilities in Ontario. Housed inside this combined 218,000 square feet are 30 machines that represent the latest state-of-the-art technology in plastics manufacturing. Capabilities range from 40 to 2600 tons capacity and cover all aspects of plastics manufacturing from concept, design, and prototyping to custom injection molding, finishing and assembly, and even logistics, warehousing, and delivery.
Operating these machines and supporting every client that partners with us are some of the best employees in Canada. We routinely invest in both our technology and our people to constantly improve on our skills and expand our capabilities. We currently manufacture products for a range of markets including: Automotive, Consumer Goods, Durable Goods, Electronic Enclosures, Medical, Outdoor Products, Telecommunications, and more.
Our facilities and staff are capable of 24/7 operation for quick turnaround times, even for the most complicated, custom plastics manufacturing solutions.
Capabilities Of Our Plastics Manufacturing Facility In Ontario
What can Baytech do for your business? A better question may be what can’t we do? Our plastic injection molding capabilities include gas-assisted, small machine, large machine, structural foam, and thermoplastic methods. We also offer insert molding and overmolding, ultrasonic welding, heat stake, and chemical bonding processes.
Quick die change systems keep operations moving along while a variety of finishing services like hot stamping, pad printing, painting, heat transfer labeling, solvent bonding, EMI/RFI coating (anti-static and others) and silk screening operations complete production.
