The first quarter of 2021 has been a very unexpected and challenging start to the year. 2021 began with unprecedented supply shortages of resin and other materials. Fortunately our Purchasing Team has done a remarkable job to minimize the impact on our operations. In 2020 our Engineering Team launched a great number of new tools, as our Sales Team had a very successful year with existing and new customers. We expect 2021 to continue this trend. If able, we plan to safely promote Baytech by exhibiting at trade shows commencing this fall. We are excited to see good progress on our automation projects, and we plan to be fully operational in the 2nd quarter. In summary, I am very proud of this group and their “Can Do” approach to servicing customers and making other team members successful.
