How Baytech has been able to keep pace with changing customer needs comes down to our commitment to and investment in innovative plastics manufacturing technology. Today, our injection molding services are supported by more than 30 molding machines ranging from 40-2,600 tons in our NSF-approved facility. Our plastic injection molding capabilities include: gas-assisted, small machine, large machine, structural foam, and thermoplastic. We also offer insert molding, overmolding, ultrasonic welding, heat stake and chemical bonding processes.

By investing in robotics and the latest software and advances in plastics manufacturing like quick die change systems, in-house tooling, and CNC machining, we are able to continually push the boundaries of plastics manufacturing to support the innovative ideas coming from our customers.
